Payment Terms

Payments for all services are to be made in Australian Dollars via bank transfer or approved credit card methods. Invoices are issued upon booking confirmation and are payable within fourteen days. A deposit of fifty percent may be required for bookings exceeding a certain value.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the discretion of mediaflowzy.com and only where services cannot be delivered due to factors within our control. No refunds apply to cancellations made within forty-eight hours of the scheduled service. Partial refunds may be available for earlier cancellations as follows.

• Full refund for cancellations made seven or more days prior to the service date.
• Fifty percent refund for cancellations made between three and seven days prior to the service date.

Any approved refunds will be processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
